Work flawlessly
Installed these solenoids on my sprinkler valves a couple years ago. They have performed flawlessly since then.

Sprinkler valve actuator.
Easy to install or replace existing actuators. Identical to Irritrol brand at a much lower price. Package of two, new. Highly recommend.

Worked great so far as a replacement for the original solenoid
I'll see how it works out in the long run but for now it was a direct replacement for the original sprinkler valve solenoid.

Easy install, works as expected. Inadequate packaging.
I replaced all four of mine while I was at it. They install easily and all worked perfectly. The one star off is for the way they are packaged. One of the the solenoids had the shaft, cap, and o-ring separated from the body. Easily put back together, but they could have designed the vacuum-formed plastic box to hold the parts in place at little to no extra cost. Another solenoid had the o-ring rolling around in the box. It would be easy to lose if you don't notice it when you're opening the package - it fell right out into the landscaping and could have been damaged or difficult to find.

Perfect fit, replace shorted solenoid in old Toro sprinkle valve
Exceptional value. Taken less than 10 mins to replace the shorted solenoid in our underground Toro sprinkle valve. Our old solenoid was shorted, resulting in "Mv Fuse" error msg in Sprinkle Controller. Only need to remove the On/Off ring in the old valve for a perfect fit (see ring in picture).Alternative would be spend half day in hot summer digging a big hole, replacing the entire old sprinkle valve..

Worked like a charm
These are Toro but in the side it says 811 on it so it's the same solenoid as Lawn Genie. My original solenoid ruptured, so i screwed this one in, wired it up and that fixed it.

Exact replacement
Perfect replacement part. Make sure you remove the old one a look at the tip - choose the replacement that looks exactly like the one you’re replacing. This one has a white protruding tip and is the correct one for my 20 year old valves.

It works
Seems to have fixed the problem. I can clearly tell how the zone with the new solenoid starts and stops quicker. I think the old solenoid was also not closing the valve completely so water was leaking... the new one seems to fix the problem. I may buy more to replace some other questionable solenoids that are now probably coming up on 19 years old.As far as fixing sprinkler systems, replacing a solenoid is probably one of the easier things to fix... I did also have to buy some waterproof wire nuts to the electric connections.
