Does not work as advertised.
I have purchased 3 refurbished Dell computers over the last 6 years.3 came out of the box and worked perfectly. in fact 2 are still in use.For the one that died I ordered another one. I fully expected to be as happy with the newly ordered one as all the prior ones.I hooked it up and registered to some company I have never heard of and it needs a sign on from the company or my office information.. It will not accept my office information. I returned it and ordered an upgraded one. paid more but thought it might be better.Same problem this one is registered to another company INVESCO. I called the listed help line and the person was nice enough but explained the the machine is registered to another company and to have it switched to me. I need to go out o google fill out and for and in 11 to 14 working days s dell will switch the registration to my name. This is crazy Amazon is selling refurbished machines, which by the way is great for the environment but this problem is unacceptable. Not one of the other machines had this problem. I will be returning this product.

The unit was clean and packaged well.
I like that it has dvd/rw. I-5 processor and 1 TB of storage. I know some others have given this product a lower score but it is everything I need for the cost.

Bad Message
The renewed PC arrived a day ahead of promised, upon powering it up I received the message SATA fan misfunction, to continue press F1, the pc booted up into Windows 10 without problem. I checked and found that fans were working but each time I would start the pc I would get the message (on a Windows 10 update during a restart I would have to press F1). Suggestion points to Bios problem. The pc continues to function as it should with no difficulties. The PC appears like brand new, I can't imagine that this message just started after arrival?
