Anyone using a PCIE card w/ poor Bluetooth-THIS FIXES IT! (see description)
If you have a Hackintosh w/ the Fenvi T919 PCIE card, and have bluetooth range issues, THIS is what you need!!!I have a 3 inch solid wood desk I built with standing legs.I installed this adapter 10 minutes ago & plugged in the cables into the middle ports. If you're doing this on MacOS w/ a Hackintosh using a Fenvi T919 PCIE Wifi/BT card, & want to figure out which antenna is your Bluetooth antenna, disconnect each antenna, and then option + click on bluetooth in the top menu bar. Hover over your bluetooth devices- you'll see signal strength. Only one of the antennas is the Bluetooth one (and fun fact- every Fenvi T919 seems to be different from the sounds of it). As soon as you unplug the Bluetooth one, you'll know immediately by lack of responsiveness with your bluetooth devices, and by a major change in the signal strength. These antennas on this device will work for Bluetooth. I put the stock antennas on the remaining ports. Before doing this, all of my Bluetooth accessories wouldn't even register once I slid this computer under the desk (it's been annoying having it sticking out). Now- I'm literally typing this message using my Bluetooth keyboard and it's flawless.Tip: Make sure you follow the steps above and then just put the base whereever you want on the desk. And then you'll see, this works flawlessly.

Great to extend your Bluetooth range!
I have a PCI-e wifi/bluetooth adapter with two antennas on it. Wifi never had issues, and while the BT range was good, it wasn't perfect: my main PC is on the 2nd floor and my bluetooth headphones would cut out just short of the basement, along with a few other blind spots. It would also completely cut out if I went outside. I knew that the problem was likely due to my PC being in a bad spot for antennas to get a clear signal through.I ordered this set hoping I would be able to place my antennas in a more optimal spot. I connected it and set the antenna cluster about 6ft away from my PC, facing towards the rest of the house. I then tested to see if range had improved. It can reach the basement, now. All the blind spots are gone. Wait... it's also working outside. I walked across the street... still working. Walked two houses down... and finally it started cutting out a bit.Bottom line, this antenna cluster has extended my bluetooth range by a factor of five. Impressive how much antenna type, placement and diversity makes a difference!

Returned: no better than the default motherboard antenna
If you don't have a WiFi antenna already, this will work fine. The value for money is good if you're just buying it as an antenna. But if you're hoping for an upgrade over an existing antenna, you should look elsewhere. In repeated speed tests, using placements all over the room, this antenna fell down compared to the Asus antenna that came with my motherboard. Even though the Eightwood antenna could actually get closer to the router, the upload speeds were abysmal (worse than my previous antenna) and the download speeds were about the same as the Asus I'd been using before. I tried several placements and did upwards of 10 speed tests, and not once did it perform any better than the one I had before. When it came to upload speeds, it consistently performed worse.I returned it the next day.

Mediocre speeds. Don't expect to get 300Mbps+ if using between several walls.
I'd only buy these antenna if you are desperately need better range. Don't expect better speeds than higher gain antennas attached directly to a WiFi card. If you're on the cusp of needing more range or if one of your antenna's is malfunctioning, I would buy a bigger gain antenna and attach directly to the WiFi Card. I tried these and got worse download speeds though my ping did drop to better levels. I had issues with high ping. I went from 250ms ping down to 20ms but my speeds dropped. It appears that 1 or both of my antennas were malfunctioning. So, I tried new higher gain antennas that I attached directly to the WiFi card and I got 20ms and faster speeds than this product. I think it's the signal degradation due to the length of the cable. I wish it was a LMR195 cable then it would probably better speeds. That's what I would suggest for a cable.

Improved slightly the reception...or maybe my wifi board is not optimum for the speed I can get.
I can download at 550 mbits/sec and I get about 300-350 with this antennae. Can't blame the product as I am uncertain if my on board MB wifi is capable of reaching that maximum peak. However, giving it 3 stars as my ordinary antennae is close to the max speed getting with this antennae. Got a slightly better speed but not dramatic for my system.
