I have to admit I was a little bit skeptical about the quality cause this one was way cheaper than the other ones, but what a nice surprise. Affordable and great!!! It heats up very fast, it came with 4 small wax bags and wood applicators. The shipping was great, ordered and received same day. I just love it!

Worst customer service ever
Zero after sales. Even though it has warranty, they ignored my various emails, requesting to replace my product. My product was constantly short-circuited and almost burn an outlet. Do not buy it, they will ignore you when you ask to replace
