Bad product and worst customer support
I am writing this review after struggling for 1 year after the purchase. The product is bad, had issues right from day 1, initially there was a leakage from the geyser which was rectified by the company representative after numerous complaints and running behind them crazily through emails and calls. It was rectified after atleast 2 months of complaining. Once again the geyser stopped heating and leakage of current within the warranty period. We were once again behind their worst customer support for repair within the warranty period. After following it up with them for close to 1.5 months over phone calls and emails with no response, I had to resort to getting it repaired by myself after spending Rs. 1800/- from local market despite the product being in warranty. The customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Buy the product at your own risk.
