These are so delicious. Put them in the freezer overnight, and by lunch, they are a perfect blended coffee treat.

I like SlimFast, not necessarily for weight loss, I'm neither skinny not chubby. Though I wouldn't mind losing 5 lbs if I could do it without work or inconvenience, I like these because they're quick and easy to use for a meal without feeling like I'm skipping a meal. Rich Chocolate Royale is the only flavor I like since they cancelled the strawberry banana year's ago. So it can be a bit monotonous. I've been drinking 2 a day most days for about fifteen years. This last shipment I got one that tasted a bit like spilled milk. One out of approximately 10,000 is not enough for me to feel cheated.

I love these….. all of a sudden WM quit carrying slim fast…,, I be been using for 3 years and one day they were just gone. I love the rich chocolate with 20g protein!, so glad o found them here!!!
