Absolutely outstanding product, i was sceptical at first as the mirror weighed 20kg and this item seemed a little to good to be true however the mirror has not budged. It was extremely easy to installI am still in a little bit of shock as to how well this product works.

I have had a heavy mirror attached to my wall with heavy duty 3M picture hanging strips. It lasted at least a few years, until the mirror came crashing down - amazingly not breaking, just denting a corner of the frame.These 3M drywall anchors are actually very easy to use. The adhesive guides that came with it didn't work for me. I hung it up by myself, and had a hard time getting the guides to stick on the wall after I pulled the frame away - I needed a third hand.Like other reviews have said, I couldn't get it in the wall with my thumb, though I had to try. I used a rubber mallet to reduce risk of denting the metal.As you can see from the picture, there is a very small part of the hook visible, but worth it to have something heavy hanging securely. I appreciate the ease of use, and the minimal damage to the wall when or if we need to remove it.The frame has been back up since June 25, and feels quite secure. I have a lot of faith in 3M's products... So I would be surprised if this one doesn't work!
