These are very good and can be added to any meal. They're tasty, clean and firm, not mushy at all.The only problem: are dented cans. Last time 1/3 of the package was damaged.

Excellent consistency and taste.
I wanted an organic brand of white mushrooms for everyday, homestyle, family cooking. I ordered these and have been very happy with them. However, I have recently read an article from Dr. Weil in which he recommends limiting our consumption of this kind of mushroom. He only recommends regular consumption of Asian mushrooms.

5 of my cans were dented...better packaging is needed.
I find these to be handy as fresh mushrooms can spoil so quickly.It was double boxed, but I have 5 cans that are dented. That did not happen on my last order.
