Item as described, Works as expected
Really like this timer, easy install if you have a little electrical experience. I have it connected to a hot water recirculating pump on my hot water heater. The pump actually has a timer, but it's in the attic with the HWH. I wanted to be able to control it from inside the garage which is where I put this timer, now I don't have to climb up into the attic to make any adjustments for when I want the pump to come on and off.I like the transparent door so you can see when the timer is sending power or not at a glance. So far keeping accurate time and working as I set it. I would recommend it, great item for a very reasonable price.

Mechanical timer -- designed well for easy installation
The mechanical timer is mounted in a sturdy plastic box and I liked that the timer module can be removed easily -- made wiring easier. The switch for selecting auto, off, or on is quite small and mounted on the dial. I'm using a small screwdriver to manipulate it and the timer pins as well. Recently installed and working like a charm at the moment.

Didn’t last a year.
Didn’t even last a year. We installed it at the end of last July, went to turn the pool on this year and it didn’t work now we have to purchase a new one.

Great Intermatic replacement at 1/3 the price.
Perfect fit to replace a very old Intermatic timer for a pool sweep pump. I've replaced the motor and guts several times in the past 25 years, but the case was getting bad too. Knockouts in the Suraielec are in the same place as the old timer, so it was easy to swap out. And I can do 15 minutes segments which was not possible with the old timer. Very pleased.

Great Customer Service
The unit appears well constructed and was easy to install. It offers two switches - one for each leg.I'd like to believe that I should be saving ~$25/month with this timer. My 40 Gal heater sits in the garage in central Florida and the ambient temperature is ~90 degrees year round, so we'll see.UPDATE: The timer failed after 5 months of use. Contacted Suraielec thru Amazon and they replaced the defective unit without any problem. Thank You Joy!

Great Timer for my Pond Pump
Used this timer to periodically power a 240V water pump that fills a pond throughout the day/night.Like the method to set the times and time intervals by switching each ~15min switch at any time throughout the day/night. This can allow running the pump for several times during the day. There are no little thumbscrews and markers to move around the dial to set on/off times and mechanically switch power on or off for just a few times during the day -- perhaps 2 maybe 3 times max.
