This is a very cute hat. And it fits! Most hats are too small for me. I love this! And the chin strap (which is optional) is sturdy and looks cute.

So, first you have to know that I have a big head. An abnormally large one. At least, that’s what they told me when I was 17.I am picking up my high school graduation cap and gown and the person handing me my stuff remarks, “Oh, you’re the girl with the extra extra large cap!” Mmmmm…..what?After that I would try on hats whenever I saw one I even halfway liked and BOOM! They never fit. Not ever. After years and years of trying on hats, I resigned myself to my fate of never wearing a hat thanks to my macrocephaly (big medical term for big head).And then one day I walked into a well known discount store that has two initials for its first name and saw a hat I just loved. Despite knowing it wouldn’t fit my abnormally large head, I picked it up and tried it on.People. IT FIT!!! IT FIT MY BIG A** HEAD!!Well. Due to circumstances beyond my control I could not purchase the hat that day. So I took photos of the labels and after I got home I Googled that beautiful hat. And once again, as it always does, Amazon came to my rescue. They sold the exact same hat in multiple colors and sizes, including big a** head sizes!!Well, you see the results. I ordered that hat and I placed it on my abnormally large head and that bi*c* fit like a glove. I felt like a princess!I OWN A HAT!!The review people want me to talk about the lightweight feel, the sun protection, how it’s great for wearing to an outdoor event like the fair or a renaissance festival. But I just want you to know that if you have ever been told your head is very big, or if you have tried forever to find a hat that fits you, then this hat? This hat is your holy grail. Buy it!! And wear it with pride.

I had ordered this hat after extensive research for my upcoming family trip to Egypt and Jordan. This was the one that checked all the boxes. The UPF 50 material was essential for the local desert and beach weather, the interior sashes would allow an almost perfect fit, the interior cap lining would prevent sun rays, but was light enough for a good air flow. The quality stitching and material throughout the hat was strong enough to withstand the countless use and sometimes abuse. Easy to clean with a lightly damp cloth and air to dry.The one problem was the thin sash that was used to secure the hat under the chin-that later broke off, due to the constant tying and untying. There was also a small unstitched seam in the back of the hat, that loosened up in Jordan, but I can easily repair that myself. I would say that due to some of the harsh travel conditions, I am extremely lucky to have selected this sturdy and yet fashionable travel hat for our buck list trip !

Bought for a recent trip to Jamaica. Didn’t want to get too much sun. This hat was perfect. It packed very well in my checked bag. Very comfy to wear and received many compliments on it. Can’t wait for another vacation so I can wear it again

This hat is made of quality materials, somewhat adjustable for smaller heads and a wide brim that protects the face and neck. Just used it effectively in the very bright Mexican sun.

Great fit, great look, beautiful beach hat!

I love the form and shape of the hat. I like that I can packet in my luggage and not have it get crushed. I chose this hat because it also had neck cords to hold it when you are out and about in windy conditions. However, the cords break off the hat very quickly!! The cord clips attach to the hat with plastic S shaped clips (almost like carbiners, very small ones), and they got loose and the cord keeps coming off, which led to losing the clips. The worst part is that the little elastic loops broke off the hat and now I can't reattach the cords. The company sells replacement clips, which makes me think they know there is a flaw with the design, but I bought a hat expecting it to last and don't want to spend extra money on clips. If you decide to buy the hat, you will be happy with it as long as you don't use it when it's windy outside.

This hat is so cute! I read a lot of reviews saying it was too small, so I ordered a large (I have a medium/large head anyways) but it's a little bit too big. Not enough to bother returning for a size down though, it still looks cute and works great.

I generally have a hard time finding sun hats that actually fit my head (they're always too big) but this one actually fits me! I got the medium size and it fits me perfect! I didn't even need to adjust it smaller. Great for the those summer sunny days and/or vacation getaways!

Fits just right and apparently it suits me.I would recommend to a friend.
