My mother needed a new pair of tweezers for plucking eyebrow and other facial hair. Her old pair was damaged and unusable. She bought several other "name brand" pairs of new tweezers and their quality of construction was subpar at best. I found this pair on Amazon and suggested that I purchase them for her to try. Once trying these out, she was thoroughly satisfied with this product. Strong construction and durable. The flat edged head was exactly what she needed for removing unwanted facial hair. Plus, the firm scissor grip was exactly what she needs for her aging hands. She could not use the traditional tweezers that require squeezing with thumb and forefinger. She even stated, "I would have paid double for this pair of tweezers. This product was worth every penny spent!". This comes from a very frugal lady in her final years on this Earth. Probably the best set of tweezers that she has ever owned.

So much better than standard tweezers. The arms meet and stay aligned. Standard tweezers after much use the ends don’t meet flush. These do. I’ve had one before. Very nice.

Maybe not as precise of edges as I wish they were, but not bad at all and definitely strong and don't bend out of shape - thank you!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Go these after losing my favorite pair while traveling. Scissor-style tweezers make it so much easier to get a good grip on the hair while keeping my hand out of the way. The construction is very solid, looks more like a surgical instrument. My partner looked at them and said "You could pick an atom off your face with these!"

Although these work well, they’re gigantic and I can’t use them on my brows or I would end up removing a good part of a brow at a time. The size of the tips are so large and bulky, it’s impossible to separate out a single hair.

Makes grabbing small objects or thin paper easier.

These are quite impressive. Well made and sturdy. I actually use them when sewing and these are far better than my old pair.
