It's not that much bigger than some regular chargers, and serves double as a battery pack (obviously).Charges as intended, and the wireless charging is a bonus that I will rarely use but don't mind.Having both a USB-C and a Lightning tip is very useful, as I do have devices that need each.There are two downsides in my opinion, though it doesn't warrant any deducting any star for the review.1) When removing the tips, you have to dig in and force the heads out. The cables are thin and flimsy, so this may cause issues later on with tip durability and breaking. If the cables were braided or thicker, it might help.2) The cables themselves are slightly too short. It's a bit awkward if you want to have your phone plugged in and use it at the same time. I'm not sure how it would be done, but making the cables a little bit longer would be nice.Bottom line is that it's a great value for the price and does what it's supposed to do. If you're not rough with your products, there should be no issue with the way this charger is made.

Pros:Many ways to charge your device, either thru the provided attached cables, your own usb or usb-c cable, wirelessly, and can be charged thru outlet.I like the shape/style of how it looks.The digital read-out of the battery level is super helpful.The battery capacity is good.Very handy charger and power bank.Travels well, I keep it in pouch with a short strap so I can charge my phone with it’s included cable and use my phone at the same time.I recommend this product as long as it keeps working as it does now.Con:Just wish it had magnetic charging capability, so it can stay in place better while using the wireless charging option. It would be easier to charge and use phone at the same time if there was a magnet for a MagSafe device.

Lasted about a year and 4 months till it stopped charging through AC, haven't checked through USB C.. It charges your phone fully 2 times and has some left over, can multi charge devices and charge itself as well ( not sure if that's what mess mine up) Other than that, it's a really nice portable charger included USB cables even though they're small, they're still there.Will I buy another one ... I don't think so, I want a bigger battery with an AC outlet for my needs but it's a solid charger.

I’m so satisfied with the functionality of this product, is very complete, is an easy and handy way to charge a phone, faster charging a phone, you can charge any kind of phone, type C, USB , you can add your wire or wireless too, a month ago there was a blackout around 3 days on my block and with this charger we were able to charge 2 phones during those 3 days, ( obviously was charged 100% before blackout) after the blackout I gave one as a gift to my friend in my building, my sister came to visiting us from Mexico , during her vacation I let her use it and she loved it, she took one from Mexico. You can use it during your flight. Very satisfied with this purchase, and without a doubt if I need it I would buy it again. Highly recommended.

I really liked this battery backup. I loved the capacity, the multiple ways to charge, that it is all self contained and loved that it plugged directly to the wall. However, one of the built in cords stopped working within a few months.
