I feel badly about this, but this product did not work for me. I put a couple of wax melts inside the silicone and placed it inside the metal container. I left the light on for at least 3 to 4 hours and the wax did not melt, it just got a little bit soft. Definitely no way that this would scent my apartment. The bottom of the silicone rested just above the bottom of the metal dish, so I'm thinking because there was no contact, the wax couldn't melt properly. So I guess in the end it just wasn't a good fit. I have had to go back to you just using the metal container.

This item holds the fragrance longer. When done it just drops out, no fuss no effort. I'm really happy with it! And, GREAT COMPANY!

I've seen people talk about wax leaking from their poppers so I did some checking. Yep mime was leaking at the bottom but not enough to worry about. After 12 hours on the warmer mine had LESS than a drop seep through. Guess if you left it going for a month or two it might make a mess. Just changeAny leaked wax on the bottom simply flakes off when I pop my wax. Mine go from warmer to freezer and they clean up great. No wax anywhere.My solution is to regularly use new wax and clean the popper after use.

Nice that the old wax just pops right out. Very well made. I bought an extra one just to have in case I need to replace it sometime.

Honestly, I thought this was a great purchase at first but after a while it started becoming really yellow and gross looking… it also started to smoke? steam? after a while and wouldn’t stop so I stopped using it. Glass inserts are 10000% better. You legit just have to turn on your warmer for 2 minutes and the wax slides right out of the glass cups as easy as it pops out of this one.
