For the past few years, I have been taking sea moss for its numerous benefits. However, there are times when I find myself unable to dedicate the necessary time to prepare a fresh batch. In such instances, I have discovered that these supplements comes really handy when I don't have time to prepare fresh ones and when we're traveling.

I've just begun to experiment with sea moss, and am evaluating it in conjunction with some others that are reputed to support gut health. Being early in the process, it's difficult to discern whether it's actually having an effect.So I can only comment on obvious things: 1) I like that it's organic, 2) There's no unpleasant taste or aftertaste, 3) The bottle provides for up to 120 servings with each serving consisting of one capsule - which is easy to swallow!As with all medications and supplements, it's advised that you check with a physician to determine suitability and dosing information appropriate to you.
