I have not had this pan for that long but it feels good quality and cooks food well. It has survived the dishwasher. Big fan of the rivetless design making it easier to clean or work a spatula/turner near the handle but its longevity remains to be seen.

I had a stainless steel 10 inch pan in which the handle was too heavy so it wouldn’t sit flat. So I decided to buy a new one but didn’t wanna spend $200. This pan is beautiful and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.

My favorite pan to stir fry. If preheated and cleaned immediately after cooking it is easy to clean. I feel it is a great and healthy cooking option

I bought this pan believing it would perform well based on the description. This pan had a beautiful shine when it was first taken out of the box. However, first use was sausages and eggs this morning and it sticks to everything. (Broke my eggs and rip sausages apart) and the clean up wasn’t easy. I let it cool off as instructed but after just one use, there’s already unremovable stain. These stubborn stains won’t come off after 3 washed and soaked in soapy water.

Happy with quality of product.

A little hard to clean if you don't season it properly but other than that it heats up very nicely and cooks extremely well, extremely sturdy pan.

I was so disappointed when I received this pan because I ordered it under the assumption (which I think the description, packaging, and advertising leads one to) it was made in Germany (it says that's the country of origin), but the packaging says it's made in China. I have been trying to get away from any Chinese-made products that come into contact with high-heat and my food, and I LOVE my Merten & Storck Dutch Oven (which IS made in Germany, and is much better than Le Creuset IMHO), so I ordered this. Nowhere does it say this is made in China except under the tape on the box (I got suspicious when I couldn't find "Made in Germany" anywhere on the packaging or documentation).That being said, while I feel misled by the description, since they don't say where the pans are made in the description, that's on me for not checking further. The pan itself is very nice-- it's heavy, heats evenly, and sears like a dream. It's obviously well-made-- you can see and feel it in the balance, the handle, and the even sear of anything that goes in it. It's as nice as an Italian Hestan skillet I have (which IS made in Italy), but less expensive. It's a great pan, and I would recommend it wholeheartedly if you're okay with your cookware being made in China. I really, really wanted to buy the 3.5 qt saucepan because I need a pan that size and this is great quality cookware, but I'm going to have to double-check the origin before I order it (if it's China, I will pass). The one good thing about this pan is that it's not non-stick, so it's slightly less concerning health-wise.Fwiw, I primarily cook on a gas stove, and this is great for gas. It also went in the oven with no problem (I seared a steak on the stove and finished it in the oven--not only did this cook it evenly and beautifully, but it wasn't even hard to clean up👍🏻).

This pan is REALLY nice looking and appears to be top notch as far as workmanship and quality. The inner surfaces of the pan are completely smooth, no rivets from the handle or anything for food to get hung up on, so it's really easy to keep clean. I would ABSOLUTELY make this purchase again!
