Read the reviews. The kit itself is great, has everything that you’ll need to get going. Some nails it took the gel nails off super quick and easy but on some it was work. Expect to have to do the process multiple times or as needed but overall it does the job. Patience and time is key.

I needed something that would remove the gel nails I had on for vacation. Now, I gotta say, other times I have had gel nails they were easily removed using the old 100% Acetone and tinfoil routine. This time, however, (I think because this time I had a metallic polish AND she used a "nail strengthener" also), they were fighting removal! So, I resorted to this "Morovan Gel Nail Polish Remover Kit".1) The product did not remove the metallic gel polish in one application. Applied and left on for 8 minutes. (See picture 1) Gently scraped off what I could and reapplied.2) After the second application, 8 minutes and cleaned up. (See picture 2)3) After 3rd and final application, 8 minutes, cleaned up, buffed, and two coats of the 9-IN-1 Nail-Aide (purchased at Walmart).The final step was the liberal application of the Cuticle Revitalizer Oil, wiping off any excess.I would suggest the use of the Liquid Peel-Off Latex Tape on the skin surrounding the nail. It will protect the skin from any inadvertent skin contact with the removal gel. (It does tend to "sting" if you get it on your skin.)All in all, I am happy with the results. I would recommend the product and reorder it myself.Patience and a gentle hard are key!

I was very skeptical after I read some reviews, but decided to try it anyway. It works!! I'm always getting French tips and hate having to keep going back to take them off or update them. I've done the grinder, the soaking, the scraping for hours, even days.Read the instructions!! Buff your nails first! So the latex, you put along the nail, it can go over the whole nail, it's ok. I put it on for 4 minutes, then I applied the remover for 8 minutes. Sure enough, everything came off but the tips. I was discouraged but decided to do another round of it, sure enough it all came off!! Most definitely, do not let it touch your skin, it kind of tingles. So in about 25 minutes, it was all off, compared to the alternative. Try it!!

It's a good kit - everything is included and the tools are high quality. It just took a lot more time and patience than I originally thought. I found that some nails had areas that the polish didn't want to come off, so I had to repeat application and scraping. It took me about an hour to remove the polish from all 10 fingernails. Still safer and easier than other home removal methods (just be careful applying the removal paste stuff) and cheaper than going back to the salon for removal.

Make sure to follow instructions. You need to file the top coat before applying the remover. Be careful not to touch skin, it is a skin irritant (use the protector provided in the kit). It takes about 8 minutes and you will see the gel bubbling. From there, scrape the gel. If I applied several layers of gel ( like to male a design/pattern), I have to repeat the process 2-3 times.

I was looking for a better alternative to dunking my fingers in acetone to remove gel polish…and I found it. This product is amazing. I was a bit nervous to purchase because I kept seeing comments about stinging from the nail remover and I did feel it once when I accidentally put a bit too much product on my nail and it hit my skin. But I scraped it off and I did not feel anything anymore.I would 10/10 recommend. I only used it with gel polish and not any acrylic so I’m not sure how it will hold up with that…but for a couple of layers of gel polish it worked perfectly.

i like the product. it really does work and makes it easy to remove but if you get even the fillings on your skin that have the product on you it can burn and feel like a chemical burn.. i got a little shaving of my polish pushings on my wrist and it was burning for a few days.

Wanted to remove a week old gel nail polish because my nails grow so fast. Started out with the acetone and foil trick. After what seemed like an hour of soaking and scraping, I was only able to partially remove the polish on my right hand. Went to bed defeated and the next morning searched Amazon for a solution. Cue this little gel polish remover number. I just opened this up and was surprised by the quality of the tools included. But what was even better. . . I was able to remove the polish on my left hand in under 10 minutes. And cleaned up the right hand (left over from the acetone failure) in less than 5. The skin protector is amazing. I could see using that before actually polishing my nails to keep the polish from getting on my skin. This stuff really works. Would highly recommend this product!!
