Two resistance levels: Facefit is able to cater to different fitness goals. Whether you're looking to tone and define your facial muscles (cool grey) or build up size (Sky Blue) It's important to note that effectiveness will ultimately come down to consistency and personal preference. Q: Should I use it every day?

During your first month, you should aim for 3 workouts per week, with 2 rest days between each workout. As your muscles become stronger, you should be able to increase to 4 - 5 times per week. Here is an example of training frequency for the first month: Mon - Workout Tues - Rest Wed - Rest Thurs - Workout Friday - Rest Saturday - Rest Sunday - Workout I hope this helps.
