Let's do this review in good Vs bad points..Good points (great points!)1. It's incredible at its job and there really is no need peel the garlic first!2. It is incredibly easy to use!3. It is incredibly easy to clean!4. It's beautifully sleek and stylish!5. It fits in the hand beautifully with good weight and feel.6. It is strong and sturdy.7. It's design makes for no pressure points on your hand while using the product.I could go on with a few more points but you get the jist... It's a great bit of kit that does the intended job and makes life easier while doing it.Bad points...Ummm... I have yet to find any so let the good times roll and all garlic be crushed out of its skin in style and ease!I guess it's a little pricey but using this just a handful of times has already made me want to buy the love heart one for a courser end product so that I have both.. This could be going a little too far as I am no chef but the garlic heart wants what the garlic heart wants.. am I right under-seasoned food?!Ciao!

I've been cooking for 50 years. I like Asian and Mediterranean food, and that means garlic. I've owned maybe 20 garlic presses over the years. They are all either too small, bung up and are impossible to clean, or the press is a poor fit and fails to crush the clove, or they are badly made out of weak materials. I had pretty much given up when a year ago I spotted this one and put it in my basket. And didn't buy it because it was expensive.I carried on chopping garlic then pounding it in a pestle until a month ago. In a fit of madness I gave in and bought it.It is simply magnificent. It's actually designed and made by someone who knows what problems they are solving. And it does, and seems completely indestructible.Save yourself 50 years of trouble. This one works!

Before writing a review I wanted to actually try it out a few times and I gotta say that this actually works so well.Squishing garlic has never been any easier, you can fill it with more pieces than traditional ones, you don't need to peel the garlic and it will still do its job. Although not sharp the pressure applied by hand will mince out the pieces easily.It has a really nice design and the fact you can remove the pieces from eachother and split it in two to make scraping, cleaning and washing easier makes it so much more efficient.Grip of the handle is very ergonomic and the product feels nice and heavy and really sturdy.Definitely worth the price.

After trying many garlic presses over the years, I have been delighted with both the simplicity and functionality of this - which makes it great value for money.It’s only 2 pieces which makes it very sturdy and feels good to hold. It’s got a decent capacity and crushes really well.Cleans brilliant in dishwasherOnly lost a star as it can be a bit tricky to get the outlayer out after crushing but have found a teaspoon stops you from getting garlicky fingers!

Brilliant. No mechanism to break and easily cleaned.

One of my favourite kitchen items. Sturdy but elegant looking. Easy to use and does a fantastic chop. A great addition to the kitchen of someone who likes to cook. It’s probably far too expensive but love it anyway.

Easy to clean and will last forever get one one if your useing garlic everyday your wife will not thank you

Looks classy but is useless. Garlic isn't really extruded through either the crusher or the mincer. It merely squashes the garlic inside the appliance, rendering the garlic unuseable. Waste of money.
