My wife got it for me to help with some Mortons neuroma pain I am having. I was very skeptical at first. I've never seen anything like this. At first, I was like why am I doing this to myself but the more I was on it the more I started to like the way it feels. I'm not sure how it makes my feet feel better but it does work! My feet always feel so much better after being on this mat for a few minutes. You just have to get past the initial discomfort. Give it a try!

I bought this because I believe in acupressure. Since I started to use the mats, I have less back pain and feel more relaxed. I use one in the kitchen when I am standing for a long time and one in my bathroom while washing my face and brushing my teeth, flossing my teeth, etc. I stand on them as long as possible. I find the spikes comfortable, but surprising when I first step on them. Feels good.

I don't know why people are complaining in reviews about it being "too tough and painful". Yes, it is firm, but that's how it needs to be to work! It isn't sharp or unbearably painful - just a good, much-needed pressure. Even my 2 years old has no problem standing on it in thin socks (didn't try it without socks just because she always wears them at home).

It’s sturdy and only suited when wearing soft soles or thick socks! Bare feet hurt as plastic is hard and poky!

I was expecting it will be a bit softer as mentioned sutable for kids. Good for adults though.Ordered orange, came yellow...

No suction. Probably designed for a flat shower floor. Very stiff. Useful to work on deeper acupressure points which would not be relieved by more pliable products. Nubs which lock pieces together are annoying but useful if you buy more pieces. I am happy with this product for the price. However, I would often find it too uncomfortable to start upon if I am in pain, more of a secondary tool.

This was recommended by my chiropractor when she noticed one of my reflexology spots on my foot related to pain I had in my knee. It hurts to step or stand on this until your feet get used to it, You may want to try it with some socks at first. I played around with different spots on my feet and really noticed a difference in the disappearance of pain in my knees when I was walking up and downstairs after. I was so interested in the results of this that I bought a reflexology chart to see what parts of my foot went to were. I would definitely recommend getting this product. It works pretty well.
