I recently started taking pantoprazole because I have reflux. After being on them for a while, I started getting really bad leg cramps at night. The wake you up in the middle of the night and you don’t know if you want to walk it out or stand still while you also figure out if the sound your making is a laugh or a cry lmao I did some research and found that magnesium helps alleviate this side affect. And OML did it ever. After just 2 days it realized I haven’t had a leg or a hand cramp at all. It also is helpful (I’m told) for women of a certain age (I may or may not be in this category lol).
