I am on my third battery replacement. I apparently did the mistake of installing one on a laptop that I am not using much and leave it for too long unattended. In consequence, the battery died.I tried some other brands but it is a game of hit and miss. A few times, the battery is recognized but it is not charging.This time it worked with this one. I suspect they are more or less all coming from the same manufacturer but with different logos so you just have to hope that it will work.I did this replacement in an HP Pavilion 360. It requires to unscrew about 10 or 12 screws and then pop out the case gently to access to the hard drive. Not too hard, there are video tutorials on Youtube that show exactly how to do it.4 stars because this one worked.

I was expecting this battery can last at least a year or more. The battery can hold only about 10 months ( I bought it the end of April 2018) Kind of disappointed. The performance was good for the first six months then after that gradually decrease until it dies suddenly without any warning if the battery is low.

I went from a battery that wouldn't hold even 30 minutes of a charge to this one which runs me between 5 and 6 hours. HUGE difference, I'm no longer tethered to my cord and the nearest socket and I literally now have freedom to move around with my laptop! I've had it for a few weeks done and while installation was a bit tricky (given the nature of the battery and how incredible non-techy I am!), everything has been running as smoothly as I expected it to. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with this purchase.

Seems to work great so far... The only thing is it takes longer to start up since replacing with the new battery.... However, that may not be a battery issue at all.

I'm overall disappointed with this battery due to the short life of it. I ordered the new battery back and February and it worked fine. Fast forward to November, the battery doesn't hold a charge for longer than 45-60 minutes. I'm no computer guy, but I'd think that the battery would last longer than 1 year given I don't practice unusually bad charging habits (most of the time I unplug the charger when battery is fully charged and don't leave the computer plugged in over night). Was hoping for more from this product.

Battery arrived on time and was easily installed. Works great so far, I've only had it 1 week. Will update if any issues arise.

Unfortunately we got a bad battery. I put it in it worked and after a few weeks it could no longer be unplugged w/o dying. So I figured we had a bad CMOS battery since we were getting CMOS message after powering on and thought I would deal with it some time later when i had a chance. Unfortunately I waited a long time to deal with the CMOS battery and come to find out, out laptop does not have a CMOS battery. I've run HP battery diagnostics and the battery is not recognized. The battery charges to 24% maximum. I guess we got a bad one and I burn because I waited too long to deal with it.

The HPx360 laptop died due to the battery not being able to charge. It was a little bit of a pain taking part the laptop to install the battery. However, once I got everything all connected back up, it booted up and was able to charge to 100 %
