Awesome fun bike!!! Especially for the price! Great customer service.
I received the bike through FedEx within 3 days of ordering. Ther was a little hole were the rear derailer was located fortunately they have a guard protecting the derailleur. The guard was a little bent but did its job. There were three issues that I had but doesn't affect the rating of the overall bike because they were resolved by their wonderful customer service. The three issues were 1) First issue I stated above was with the derailleur guard being bent. I straightened it but was concerned so Cathy from customer service sent out a replacement after I sent pictures to her. 2) The second issue was the manual was for the non-full suspension version of the bike so lacked some of the information for manipulating the shocks and some devices specific to the bike I got. It also needed more detailed information put into the manual in reference to the components and assembly of the bike. I had to figure out some of it on my own. Cathy assured me that they would get the correct manual updated and sent out to me along with trying to get the other recommendations I suggested and brought to her attention. 3) The third issue is very important, please check every bolt and screw on the bike to make sure they are tight and secure. Most were but some were purposely left loose, which I recommended putting in the manual, it was to make sure you adjust them as need for you. Pay attention particularly the front brake caliper, it had to be adjusted so it has proper clearance and doesn't hit the front wheel hub. This caused an issue with mine that Cathy sent replacement parts as well without question after seeing the pictures.Again, I still give it 5 stars because I'm actually rating the bike and it is a wonderful bike despite the 3 issues I experienced, its built well, fast, and a joy to ride, and they are also taking into consideration what I suggested to them to help prevent others from having the same problems I experienced. A good manual detailed would have prevented a lot of issues I experienced. Cathy W from customer service was very helpful and great at resolving my issues. Wish more customer service experiences were like this.

Not Fast, but good Power and Price
They claim 37 mph but after setting the speed limit up it would still top out at only 30 mph.As others have mentioned, the rear shock is not adjustable and generally ineffective. These were twothings that influenced my purchase. Lack of a dual motor manual left a couple questions but customer service responded very quickly. A couple of pages added to the single motor manual for wheel installation is all that is needed. Cruise control is also nifty but the display manual tells how to enable it but not how to use it.These issues aside the bike is pretty well built, has plenty of power, and a reasonable price. Hopefully they have more replacement parts and accessories available on their website eventually.

Get it. Very durable and nice looking bike.
I've waited over a year and a half to write this review. It's got almost 3,000 miles, multitude of accidents, flats, mods, repairs, winter's, summers, heavy rain and wind. Every single weather condition this has made it through with no issues whatsoever. It's an absolute champ of a bike, fast at 35mph top speed even though the odometer only reads up to 31mph. Great power uphills and can easy carry another person behind with you. The headlight that it comes with it is kinda meh but installing and aftermarket light will solve that. The horn sounds like the roadrunner lmao. It's a shame it doesn't have suspension on the rear tire. Overall one of the best purchases I've ever made. AWESOME BIKE, and I expect to last many more miles.

Really Great Bike
First off, I'd like to give a shout out to Cathy (the customer service rep for TPbicycle). She is outstanding...thank you Cathy for all the questions! Now the bike. It's absolutely awesome. Takes a little time, maybe half a day to get it all dialed in to your likes. It really does move fast, so don't forget it's heavy until you get used to it. While I will do some personal mods on it, there are only 2 things I'm not crazy about. One is the rear shock. It's non-adjustable which is fine for street use. But I'd like to be able to adjust for trails. I'll be swapping that out for a Rock Shox or Fox shock. And I'm not liking that it says "Fashion and Cool" on the swing arm. I'll be covering that up for sure. All in all an amazing bike. I've tried some of my friend's different ebikes and this stands up to if not exceeds all of them. Highly Highly give this bike a thumbs up!

BEAST! Day 2 of Ownership
No issues putting it together. Took it out for a ride, would only hit 31.2mph (not that big of a deal). Reached out for assistance, they wanted me to meet on WhatsApp to adjust P values. Looked up how to make adjustments to the controller. The P0 6 value was at 29.0. I tinkered with it using whole numbers an inputted 30.0, this bike will hit 45.1mph (on the controller, not actual speed) holding the rear tire off the ground and 37.8mph with me spinning w/ pedal assist in PAS 5, and I am 6"1", pretty jacked, weight 247lbs with cloths on (limiting factor was headwind, lots of it traveling that fast; just tinkered with it for a test). The speed is there if you want it; but there is a trade-off... it will put extra stress on the motor and will deteriorate the battery faster. My first e-bike, very powerful, again this is day 2 of ownership. The battery charges quickly usually 2 hours, I had not fully drained the battery yet. Cons: I feel the back fender is flimsy, does come loose often; can reinforced it with a couple of washers, or just remove it. Overall for what I paid for, no complaints 5 Stars. Would like an extra battery soon, just so I can hopefully get a few more years out of it. Plenty strong and well built. Good Job on my bike TIFGALOP.
