I'm still not sure if this works, I haven't notice a difference really thought it was supposed to help boost fat loss and give you energy, didn't feel energy and think the fat loss didn't notice a difference, I went to toilet a lot with this so i guess it helps get rid of water in your body, but taken the whole bottle not worth the price unless you get two bottles for the price. 1 month supply isn't enough you need something like 3 months supply minimum or more then we might be able to see a real difference and I could re-rate.All this did for me was make me pee a lot.

To get the 1500mg you need to take 2 tablets, so this bottle provides you with 30 days. Otherwise they seem good.
