I like the fact that this chest rub is made of natural ingredients and there are no nasty chemicals. When I came down with a cough and a cold I was Unable to use other menthol chest rubs bought in supermarkets and pharmacies. Now I can use this chest rub, if anything this rub works better that the supermarket ones. The smell is nice and not overpowering, when applying the rub to the chest it isn't greasy and if you get it on your clothes it doesn't look like a grease stain. You only need a small amount when rubbing it on your chest as it works really well. This tin will last a long time, I found relief from my cold and bad chest within 5 minutes from applying the balm. I would highly Recommend to anyone.

I was expecting something stronger and larger if I'm honest.But it's pleasantly surprised me in helping me recover a lost sense of smell.I'd say it's suitable for all ages. Not as methol as I expected.

I was surprised about the lack of smell, considering it contains eucalyptus, peppermint and citrus among others...not sure it helps to de-congest.

Biggest load of rubbish I have bought in a long time. I'm surprised such a useless product is still sold in this day and age. I'm not sure what others see in this. I used it once and threw it away very disappointed . Greasy and Very low aroma... but thankfully because it's not actually very nice at all. I washed it off after half hr. Go for Vicks or even better an aromatherapy rub or oil would be better

As I can't take menthol this remedy is a complete lifesaver. Eases the breathing as well as smelling a good deal better than Vicks does. I use mostly at night but if the cold is bad also during the day and I've never had anyone in the office recoil in horror from the scent - although they have commented that I smelled very minty. When I have a cold I use on the chest at night, also upper lip - the balm moisturises cracked skin from tissue use as well as helping the breathing. It doesn't seem to burn even on sensitive skin. Good stuff. My second purchase. One tip is to buy the small tins rather than the big one (even though the bigger tin initially appears better value) - I had a big one and didn't go through it in 2 winters worth of colds, after which the main aromatics had started to evaporate and it was of less use.

Natural and does the job
