Don't recommend
Didn't like the texture, broke the hair instead of pulling from the root and had a lot of inflamed ones once they started growing back. I decided to try this one because it's better rated than the one I was using before, NAIR, but I'm already back to that one, much better.

Instructions are incorrect
I gave it 1 star because I had no option to give zero. Do not buy it. To start with the instructions do not match the product, which does not help! Then it was really difficult to use and did not work well.

Great product
I used this on my bikini area and on my armpits and it worked great. So easy to just microwave the pot and I got several uses out of it. Will stick to using this as my go to product

Good but messy!
One of the least painful waxes I have used, would definitely recommend using a bit of their pre-epilation oil before hand (but not too much) to make the wax strip easy to peel off. It is very messy though so don't use in a carpeted room!

This was brilliant I’ve tried home waxing before without much successBut this was easy to use and very affective

Not impressed
Unless you can apply it with a perfect edge, it is really difficult to pull off. Spent ages picking to get a good enough edge to then pull all at once. Very messy and difficult to remove any residue. It has so many good reviews, I feel I have just thrown my money away!
