Q: my speakers weight 3 kg , 25 cm high and 22wide and 12 cm deep . Are these stands good for my speakers ? Is the base heavy enough to hold them ?

Unlikely, these stands are for small satellite type speakers, they will fall forward with the size and weight speakers you have. They are pretty good stands for the price.

Q: would these work for a Bose Soundtouch 520 home cinema system?

If they have a keyhole type fitting or a single threaded screw hole they should work fine

Q: Do these come with the screws to mount the speakers?

They do, but the are not compatible with all speakers! I had to go buy the screws for my speakers before mounting them on them! The holes are usable by all types of screws for most speakers in the market!

Q: Do these fit the sony sa-z9r?

They will fit. You will need a bolt with a head large enough for the speaker hanger to mount on the stand plate.
