Perfect for chain waxing
I purchased this to wax the chain on my road bike following the video instructions from Dr Oz. The wax melts very evenly and is easy to measure out to get a set weight to begin with.I have really enjoyed the results from riding with a waxed chain and this bag will last me many miles.

Speedy delivery and great quality - repeat client :)
Love it, just started making candles for sale and I absolutely love it, they always deliver very quick and the wax blends with my dyes and scents very well!! I've used them a few times now and will continue using them for my wax, brilliant and no issues. Someone else commented how it arrived in ziplock bags but not a big deal, it's always spot on and well wrapped!! Excellent!

Good for learning with or scent free paraffin candles
I wanted to try making container candles from some tutorials I have seen online, and obviously needed wax to do so.After some shopping around, I decided that 2kg Kerawax 422 - Paraffin Wax For Candle Making - Bead Form was the best value for money since I was just a Novice in this craft. The wax arrived well packaged in a sturdy cardboard box, and then inside wax beads were separated to 1kg zip lock bags, the bags were also fairly thick so little chance of it bursting in transit. After reading up the best ways to work with paraffin wax for container candles I gave it a go, and it worked quite well. Because the wax was in beads it melted quite quickly. The wax took on colour very well, however it didn't handle fragrance very well, I noticed it had good cold throw but but was very poor on hot throw with most of the fragrances I tried,With pouring into heated containers, the wax still shrunk quite a lot (about 20% I would guess) so a second pour was necessary for a clean finish on the candle. The wax burns well with barely any soot coming from it. This is a good wax for beginning with but I wouldn't say it could be used from premium finish candles without a few additives,

~ Very Good Purchase! ~
You get a lot of wax! A shame that you can't melt it in the microwave, but I guess you can't help it as its parrafin wax (I didn't know this so keep in mind if you purchase this wax you have to use a double boil / alternative method as the wax doest absorb microwave radiation). It sets quickly and does the job well. Good purchase thank you. They also send you a message just to make sure it arrived in time and if you have any concerns which is very professional and I am grateful for. Thank you again :)

Good product fast delivery
I bought these wax beads because they are easy to melt down so it can be used as a wood sealer for the green wood rough turned bowl blanks I've turned. This slows down the drying time and helps to prevent the wood from splitting.Fast delivery on both counts.Thanks.

Difficult to melt
I am making candles. Ordered paraffin wax as an alternative to soya wax. I melt the wax by heating in a glass jar (old coffee jar or similar) immersed in pan of boiling water. The soya wax melts quickly, the paraffin wax takes hours. I will keep to soya wax in future.

Great product for what I needed
This was a simple to use product, used to seal the end grain of wood to prevent it drying too quickly. Have noticed that the price jumped by just over £2 however.
