Perfect OEM fit and quality
The cheap replaceable ones are not that much less expensive, so why bother. This filter is pressed in and held in place by the lid. It relies on having quality flange material and has to be exactly the right size and shape in order to function properly.Don't be a fool and waste your money on an aftermarket filter. The claimed HP gains are usually at the expense of low-end torque (drivability). This is one of those areas where the aftermarket community makes a killing delivering nothing. Don't be a tool. Just buy this OEM filter and be happy your engine is breathing clean air and working like it should.
