Solid, budget friendly option! Oh no, not the swirls!!!
Considering the price of a similar Scangrip light, this was a no-brainer purchase for me.I'm just a DIY guy who will be using this light only occasionally. For that, the build quality appears excellent. The light is very bright. Dual color temp works...... and I can see all the horrible swirls in my paint!

Pleasantly surprised by quality of build and usefullness of PowerSmith 500 Inspection Light
The PowerSmith 500 Inspection Light is really a high quality product. I was very surprised to the upside. This is one of the rare occasions when I feel that I got a great deal. I am using it principally for residential paint jobs to compare different paint finishes under varying lighting conditions and to inspect drywall repairs. So far, it has been tremendously helpful and effective. I can't comment on the battery life as I have not used the device that long, but the build quality is excellent.
