I love this headset/earpiece. I forget I have it on. Calls are clear and I do not have an issue with people I call hearing me.

Well..let me explain u guys ...I bought this item cuz I started a new online business but I didn't use into to now..and I just found out that this product it's doesn't do what they says it's doing..when u talking in really quite place the people hear u voice like you are a human robot talking..it's doesn't recognize your voice its not take the voice is more closer of the microphone and also when you are in open place people hear whatever is on your background more than your voice....i couldn't returned it cuz it's too late...as soon u buy it one a this you have to test it immediately cuz u close to waste u money on this....I regret to buy it...Bueno... permítanme explicarles chicos... Compré este artículo porque comencé un nuevo negocio en línea, pero no lo usé hasta ahora... y acabo de descubrir que este producto no hace lo que dicen que está haciendo... cuando hablas en un lugar realmente bastante bueno, la gente escucha tu voz como si fueras un robot humano hablando... no reconoce tu voz, no toma la voz está más cerca del micrófono y también cuando estás en un lugar abierto, la gente escucha lo que está en tu fondo más que tu voz... no podría devolverlo porque es demasiado. Tarde... tan pronto como lo compres uno a esto tienes que probarlo inmediatamente porque estás cerca de desperdiciar tu dinero en esto.... Lamento comprarlo...

Like how it fits and light weight

After trying several over ear earpieces, I didn't have much hope for this one especially considering how bulky the over ear piece looks. It took a minute to find a comfortable way to wear my eye glasses over that piece. I'm also not a fan of anything in my ear. As well, usually the ones that go over the ear & in the ear do not fit me well but this one surprised me. As a woman with several challenges to this earpiece (a lot of hair, wearing eyeglasses, overall size vs placesment of the earpiece), this one overcame all of the challenges! I even forgot I was wearing it. It is lightweight and I don't notice it in my ear. It also doesn't fall off which I thought would happen given the size of it. The sound quality is good and loud enough for me to hear the caller. My only small comlaint would be that when I asked my caller if they could hear any background noises on my end, they could hear the noises very clearly. So I would say noise canceling can use some improvement. A few things about the buttons... there are only 4... Answer/hangup, volume up, volume down and I love the placement of the mute button which makes a low audible noise in the earpiece to let you know you've muted/unmuted the call-Kudos on that feature! Happy to have finally found a new over ear earpiece I can live with. Suggestion-link it up to Alexa so she can find it when I misplace it in the house! Then I'll give you 5 stars :)

Technically, this device works perfectly. My only complaints are around the comfort of the ear pieces (there are 3) and the audio quality. For general calls only the quality isn't a deal breaker, however, for long form calls and using most of a day, I would recommend an over the ear alternative vs the in ear style for comfort.

I drive a truck, so I wear a headset as much as 16 hours a day. I've been a user of another "Legendary" headset since 2016. I got used to it. I liked it. The battery only lasts part of a day, so I needed at least two. I kept three with me. I've owned a dozen since 2016. But, they're dated and quality is inconsistent recently. So, I decided to try this one. Maybe it could use some minor improvements, or maybe I'm just used to my old headset. The buttons are a bit harder to press, and don't have as many functions. The voice prompts are just above a whisper. The microphone position is very precise ... extremely precise .. persnickety even. But, it's comfortable. It fits exactly like my old ones. The range is at least 50 feet, and it beeps pleasantly when it's disconnected. The battery lasts for days. So, I only need one of these. Until I leave it in my pocket and run it through the washing machine. My old headsets would come out clean, and working fine. I wonder if this one will.

I have been using Poly (formerly Plantronics) V5200 headsets for years but have had some minor issues with them recently. When I needed a replacement for my lost Poly V5200 I figured this would be a great opportunity to try an alternative. I decided to try the BlueParrott M300-XT SE, but within a day of use I realized it was no match for the Poly V5200. The M300-XT SE is capable of connecting to two devices at a time, which I was also used to doing with my Poly V5200, however I found that it would keep disconnecting from the second device whenever I was on a call with the other. To make matters worse, it would keep announcing this again and again while on a call. It wouldn’t disconnect the call I was on, but it was very distracting. Other things I didn’t like about the unit was the button layout and the implementation of the Multi-function Button. I returned it within 4 days and took a chance on a Yealink BH71 Pro and I doubt I’ll even go back to the Poly V5200 ever again.

I purchased this after going through 10 of the Plantronics voyagers, they are a great bluetooth, but they always end up having issues that make you want to stop using it, this blue parrot, so far, has far better sound quality and battery life, over the Plantronics, but it DOES NOT have verbal call announcement, nor can you use voice command to answer or reject a call, I miss that a little, but the batteyr run time and sound clarity make up for it.
