Our beer chicken turned out excellent!

Such a practical set up to use on the grill.I used a small chicken of about 5 lbs. Fitted good.Poured some beer in the middle piece and it all fitted well on my grill.The pan collects all of the oil from the meat.After it was done the meat was well cooked and moist...probably from the beer.Great set up.
