Q: I would like to know if they've improved the Bluetooth or upgrade its functionality? (The Bluetooth disconnects a lot)?

I never got the thing to stay connected for more than 10 mins since 2 days after it arrived. Oh well. Ya live, ya learn.

Q: How do you connect to iOS?

1. Hold SHARE and then HOME for 3 seconds, and LED flashes twice each time. 2.Enter Setting of iPhone, then Bluetooth, and click on the " DualShock 4 Wireless Controller "to pair.

Q: How do I program the buttons on ps4 when I press share the the back buttons in tandem it still only takes screenshots?

Just figured it out. Hold the share button, the turbo button, and the back button you want to program. It'll still probably take a screenshot but then you can push the buttons (and I do mean plural) you want and then hit the same back button again to lock it. I'd do a video but I'd need about 4 hands.
