Perfect
The media could not be loaded. I was a little sceptical at first putting charcoal on the internal pan thinking it would take longer as my last one I put them straight on the ring I don't.know if this damaged my last one as the ring curled up and twisted 3 month after use this one is perfect so far heats up quick and the pan is very convenient for moving hot coals to my shisha value for money yes love it

The element melts very quickly
This product works well but only for a month. The element melts after one month and starts to create shortages in the electricity circuit of the house. I would say it’s not value for money.
