I thought I took a picture of it while I was putting it on the bike but I guess not. So I did take a picture of the valve wrapping compound that you absolutely should buy when you're replacing your flywheel. It's been on there for a few months now and I have no RPM limiting devices on this mini bike and at the same time I removed the governor completely and did the billet rod and a billet cam and some other internal upgrades. So this thing will scream into the high RPM range and it is not blown apart so far and seems to keep the bike cool which are its two main functions and it seems to do both of them very well. So value for money 10 out of 10. It fits the bt200x so pretty much any 196cc Honda or Honda knockoff. Just make sure you valve lap that baby in there so that you get a nice good seal and also keep in mind that you will lose the function of your headlight as your charge coils will need to be removed. They will not fit with us on there. Side note, you can also Gap your coil a little bit wider to give you a better spark as the magnets in this are much better than the factory flywheel. Overall it's a 10 out of 10 for me all day long, especially at the price point. Do I think a billet one would be better, absolutely, but a cast aluminum is still so much lighter than the factory one. One this thing revs so much faster than it used to without changing gearing on this thing and just slapping a CVT on my bt200x easily gets up to 50 mph and I'm not a little guy lol

Great for a mild build
The media could not be loaded. Don’t be scared to run this instead of the billet one unless your going all out like fully fully built, if you have a mild build you can run this definitely, have a predator 224 265 cam 24mm nibbi billet rod 26lb springs been running this flywheel perfectly fine, even got my throttle cable stuck and hit rev limit for like 15 seconds and it’s still fine

IT'S NOT POSSIBLE FOR IT TO FIT ALL THOSE ENGINES!
This flywheel for Predator 212cc, 196cc, 224cc, Non-Hemi, Fit Honda GX200 CANNOT possibly fit all of these engines, as the crankshafts all have different tapers.

Very low timing
I checked the timing with a degree wheel. It only has 10* of timing built in with a stock key. Not good for performance use if you plan to use a key. Im gonna double check fitment since I've seen so many people say they have had trouble. If you can set timing yourself it may be a decent option

works well
great alternative to the ARC flywheels that are over $100. This will still go over 10k rpms so no uncertainties with safety. only complaint is that it bent easily when I put a screwdriver in the fins to stop it to torque down the flywheel nut. lesson learned though, and it is still very nice.

Can’t beat the price good for a mild build if your looking for a full build I’d go arc
