Back device
Got this for my husband to use. He often has to stand for hours at a time at work. He uses this for about five minutes a day when his back is bothering him. He says it certainly isn't a total fix but it does give some relief with the stretching.

The Ultimate Back Decompression Device for Back Pain Relief
This was pretty easy to setup but my husband didn't feel like the usage instructions were as clear as they could be. Either that our he didn't understand them properly. He hasn't noticed much of a difference but it is very possible that could be due to user error.

Good for on the go decompression and gravity based traction
This device is a good idea especially for use when traveling as or to keep at work if you suffer from back pain and feel that traction and inversion table helps relief your pain. The pros of this device is its size and ease of setup which makes it a good travel companion. Unlike the traction tables used at the physical therapy centers and at some chiropractor offices, this device uses gravity and your body weight to decompress the discus and gives some pain relief. It works in principal like an inversion table that you may use at home. Surely the results of a traction or inversion table are superior to this device, however this can help maintain your back pain management especially when traveling or even at home or work. Again, don’t expect the exact results of a traction table or inversion table, however, the result is acceptable taking into consideration the ease of use and convenience of the small device that could be virtually used anywhere.

Back Stretching
The product is well built, and easy to put together.Once assembled, you just need a door for it to use.You can adjust the length of the straps for your comfort. This is not for strength exercise, but rather for office people who sit all day without moving.Personally, I would use a pair of dumbbells for back stretching as they are more handy than setting up this little thing. Don't get me wrong, setting up this back stretching tool is fairly easy. I personally just find using dumbbells easier, and much cheaper.Overall, it will do the work for you, but I prefer other ways.

Built well but really didn't help my back.
The 4 Minute Back Decompression Device does appear to be well made. It’s sturdy, easy to set up and easy to use. The batteries needed for the LED display are included, you just need to put them in.I hung it on my bedroom door and gave it a whirl. I do feel it does some stretch but not enough to get a good stretch and alleviate my back pain. I do have an inversion table so I know how a session on the table compares to a session with this device. The one thing this device has going for it is that it’s portable and takes up very little room compared to the inversion table. You could take it to work and use it in the office (if you have an office door to attach it to) during lunch. Or you could take it on trips if you’re traveling. But if you’re expecting the same stretch you’d get from in an inversion table, I just think you’d be disappointed.

Ok decompression device
Could just be my doors, but I don't quite trust this device to stay in place/not cause damage while using it. It does seem to be fairly well made and it kind of works. It may work better for you since there could be some user error on my end. The price did drop from when I got this product to when I wrote this review, so it could be worth a shot at the current price point it's at. It's more of a 3.5 stars for me, rounded up to 4.

yes and no
I've experimented with various decompression devices, and this particular one stands out as among the better ones I've tried. Setting it up on my bedroom door took about 20 minutes, and it proved incredibly useful when I was experiencing pain. The only drawback is that it caused my bedroom door to bend slightly at the hinges under my weight, forcing it downwards.
