I have had many of these bug rackets over the last 10 years and ones like this DEEZEE brand and I really like the features on this one. So much that I just bought a second set! The racket size is larger than most and it very effectively zaps mosquitos and gnats. It is very easy to use but the switch can be a little finicky as the mode selector is right next to the activation button and sometimes you can turn it off by accident. The only way to charge it is in the stand up base, I would preferer a USB plug right on the unit since I never use the base and have never caught a mosquito by leaving the racket plugged in and turned on. The best feature of all is that you can replace the battery. That is the part that usually fails on these and for a few dollars you can replace the battery and get more years of service from it.

Bought to replace battery operated one. Holds a charge and works good on gnats, flies and wasp. Works better than the battery operated ones and nice that it is rechargeable and can sit in charging base when not in use

It does the job. It works well with big flies but has difficulties with small flies.Over all i am content with this item.

I have a large backyard and a terrible mosquito problem. I have been searching for solutions. I charged these rackets thinking that they would be semi-useful at best. Once I actually charged them and used them, I immediately ordered more for myself and friends and family. They include a stand where I can use them as a portable bug zapper, or my daughter can pick it up and slap flies. Protip, buy 4 total and it works like a mosquito forcefield. 9/10 - I would like something more sturdy but the value is there.

Minimal effectiveness in the stand. Free swinging is adequate, if you don't mind running around your kitchen on the hunt (make sure no food prep in progress. 5 months after using, one of the bases burned at the charge connection (originally provided cable used).

The swatters work well and are fun too. They’re not heavy and it’s great that they’re rechargeable.
