Hard to know if they’re having an impact at the moment as it’s only been a week. They are a bit uncomfortable to begin with as the arch is quite pronounced and firm. However, I’ve been wearing them at work all day and got to the stage where I don’t notice it much now. I think they’re having a slight impact but not sure yet.
