I researched and compared for 4 hours straight and this prenatal is the only one I could find that was worth anything. Folate, not folic acid, is a must. (Folic acid can actually INCREASE the likelihood of neural tube defects in half the population, while the activated form, folate, doesn't hurt anyone.)I like that it doesn't overdose you with birth-defect levels of vitamins like the other brands. I do, however, augment this with DHA/EPA, choline, inositol, and magnesium, because it doesn't contain 3/4 of those vitamins. I think this is much better than being over or underdosed by these other prenatals. Do not take this on an empty stomach because it has zinc and iron in it.

I love this prenatal for a few good reasons.1) tablet-form makes it easy to swallow2) they’re not huge horse pills like many other prenatals3) I’ve had no side effects whatsoever. No weird breath or aftertaste4) With unmethylated B vitamins I get really bad acne. My skin is actually better now, ignoring typical pregnancy skin concerns. My nails are also growing very nice and strong.5) clean good quality ingredients. The sources of the vitamins are the best quality and most absorbable forms6) allergen free, no unnecessary stuff like dyes or anything like that7) good ratios, not overdoses of certain vitamins like b12. It’s definitely quality over quantityI’m glad I bought the big pack cause I’ll have enough for my entire pregnancy and after. It’s a better price that way anyway if you’re looking to buy.

Amazing while taking this I have no headaches and it makes me feel really good. Recommend for breastfeeding too! Definitely take with food! Pill is bigger than picture

I needed a prenatal with calcium and vegan and found this. Have been taking them for 3 months now. Very easy to swallow as well. I also like tha packaging :)

I got this prenatal because I found out that the one I had been using prior contained plastic unfortunately. I was searching for another prenatal that contained folate instead of the synthetic form, (folic acid) and found this one. I have only taken it for about a week but so far, it has been good and I have been feeling good. No nausea or adverse side affects. However, I wish the taste was a little bit more pleasant.

Did the job. Didnt taste funny, light weight. Would purchase again!

I used these my whole pregnancy and have a perfectly healthy baby girl! They are a great price for the quality. I would absolutely recommend them.

Probably effective, but made me super nauseous and throw up. Tried it for two weeks and had to stop taking them.
