Easy to use, just put it in refrigerator for 15 min and use it. But the coolness remains for hardly 10-15 mins.

As a a students who attend alot of online lecture i tend to find myself exhausted and eye strains this product help to make it relax and i find it so good for my eyes

terrible purchase. its transparent so not goo for sleeping. also it stays cold for few minutes only. after that it doesn't work and that too in an AC room with temp 24 degree. any metal item in my room is colder than this and stays cool for longer.
