I wasn’t sure what to expect with this, I had never heard of it before. But it mentioned about being effective for balancing hormones for women especially for pcos. I don’t have pcos but I have all of the symptoms and my hormones have been out of whack ever since my daughter was born over 6 years ago. At this point I’m desperate to try anything and when I read up about this inositol supplement I was very intrigued and surprised I hadn’t found it sooner.I do think the packet is a bit of a nuisance with the tiniest spoon! I had to stick my hand right down the packet to retrieve it and again to access the powder. They really could either supply it in a smaller packet or provide a long handled spoon! But I gave the powder on my hands a lick to see what it tasted like and it tastes like icing sugar to me. But I guess that makes sense if it’s actually a form of carbohydrate sugar.It mixed well enough with water and didn’t really taste like a great that point. There was a tiny bit of sediment at the bottom that was easy enough to swirl round and swallow.I’m thrilled to have found this but I suspect it will take a few months of regular use to have any noticeable effect, for me at least.

There is quite a lot that you get in the size of the package, so, the value for money is decent, the taste, while it says there is none, there is a bit of a saltiness to it. I have only ever tried tablets before this, so, the quality looks as pictured. Uncertain on the effectiveness, as, had to stop this three days after starting as it made me feel horribly sick. Uncertain if it is suppose to give you energy levels as I did not feel anything from it. But it is a decent size and amount.

Great product and I noticed differences in symptoms within first month of taking it daily. Tasteless product and mixes well in water so easy to drink.

It also has numerous other benefits.This product is in powder form and comes in a resealable sachet. A 2.5ml scoop is also provided which is buried in the powder but quite easy to retrieve. Although the powder is of a fine consistency it is not so fine that it flies everywhere.The recommended serving is one scoop of powder per day dissolved in juice, water or your drink of choice. I used orange juice and found that the powder dissolved cleanly and instantly with no gritty or lumpy bits left behind. I couldn't taste it in the drink, and it didn't leave an aftertaste, so very palatable.It is gentle on the stomach and I haven't experienced any side effects. The sachet reseals well after use and also fits easily through the letterbox so no waiting for the postman.

I was recommended this by a friend who also has pcos.I had one scoop in the morning and im also on the pill (contraceptives mini pill).Less than 20 minutes later i felt so ill.Crashing headache and feeling like i was going to be sick.Im not sure what happened, i just know it was this powder.I think it just crashed with my pill.Im sure this powder would be fine on its own, but i highly recommend to talk to your doctor first and get hormone and sugar lvl tests done.
