Put together really easy, looks great, really impressed with quality for great price.The only negative is the smell is fairy strong for a few days so ventilation in bedroom needed but it’s a Woody smell so not too bad.Not as tall as some drawers but I needed it for a slanted roof area in the bedroom so it’s perfect 5***** really pleased with purchase and would recommend.

Decent little chest, proper solid oak and at under £50 good value.However, not the easiest to build! This is a box of around 40 pieces that all need connected. Correctly lining up parts sometimes takes a guess rather than having 'position markers' present, and only a couple holes are pre-drilled or pre-marked for screws so it's definitely 'measure twice cut once' or you could easily damage a frontage by a screw popping through, for example. The paper instructions are clear enough, no complaints there.Some scrappy finishing to internal parts with a lot of splinters and dust falling off requiring a swift vacuum of the floor once complete. The 'visible' outside parts of the chest are perfectly fine with no issues.Took approaching two hours from opening the box to the finished product, and that's a confident DIY builder with all the tools ready for action...Ease of build 3/10Quality 7/10Value 8/10

Don’t buy these as they are Poor quality for amount paid, the majority of the holes are missing and the extremely few that there are aren’t very good, the boards for the back piece are flimsy looking and feel to them, the instructions are poor and due to the lack of holes it’s a guessing game to where you need to put the screws in, also if you do go ahead you will need an electric drill with screw bits to screw them in as doing it by hand is extremely difficult.Fair warning if you do choose to send them back they only give you £4.65 back for postage, I paid parcel force £33 to collect and deliver as I’m disabled so can’t take them to a depot or anything and I paid a little extra to insure them in case of damage or loss just in case otherwise it would of been £25.99 without it. So it’s a lot to pay to send it back I guess to put you off from a refund and sending it back. I have now bought some from IKEA in the end and had them delivered, it’s more expensive than buying these but I know the quality of there products and trust them to last. This is a lesson learned stick to those you know and know the quality of the goods, where it was pot luck on here and I paid the price for it.

This arrived 2 days before expected , but it was left leaning against the front door by Hermes. I was out and it was not under cover. I was not impressed, because it could have been taken. However the item itself was well packaged. It came with easy to follow pictorial instructions and took 2 of us approximately 1 hour to build. It could be built by 1 person but it is easier with 2 to make the drawers. The joints consist of dowels and screws to create a strong overall design. Once built, it is sturdy and looks very smart. It is lovely in plain wood, but it could also easily be painted. I would recommend this.

These are definitely smaller than the description by about 10cm, so I have significantly less storage now than before.You definitely need a power tool to assemble it as there are no screw holes.Easy to assemble and they look nice but definitely not worth what I paid for them.

I'm very impressed with this little set of bedside drawers. It puts together easily (although I noticed that the instructions were slightly inaccurate and missed out a small step, but it was an obvious step anyway). The predrilled holes were accurately placed and everything lined up and butted up perfectly flush. It's a good solid and sturdy piece of furniture that looks a lot more expensive than the £48 that it is currently priced at.

This is my second purchase of this chest of drawers, so that says a lot. This is a great piece of furniture for the money and sturdy. It's easy to put together (I put this together myself) and it doesn't take long. It looks good when finished and holds a surprising amount of stuff. You can paint it or leave it as is, and I think the wood is treated so you can leave it as it is. The colour is nice. If I get a bigger place, I will be buying another.

the draws werent that easy to put together but we di do it only to discover the top was banana shape and would sit flat to screw down. theres no glue in the packaging either for the dowls so everything is dry fitted together. the draws are not very big or deep, nr are the bottoms very sturdy so you can only really put in light things. most of it is solid wood which makes it fairly sturdy once put together, but a bit of a nightmare balancing pieces to connect together. normlly im fairly good with flat packs but found the instructions not really up to scratch
