I had an issue with the original table warmer I had for a month. It just stopped working. After contacting Amazon and the supplier on Thursday, I had my replacement warmer on Monday Afternoon! Thank you so much for your quick response to my issue.******************************Update, I will not purchase this product again. Unfortunately, it no longer works after only 7 months. I have a massage business in which I only work 3 days a week and this only lasted about 7 months. I've purchased less expensive versions from other companies over the years, and that was when I was working 5-6 days a week and doing twice the amount of massages in a week. Those warmers lasted several years without a problem. Going back to those. If you don't care if this lasts, buy one, otherwise I recommend looking at other options.

Function and heat level settings are a hand controller away with simple and easy to use instructions.The pad fits great on the table giving my entire body the warmth it needs for the time period while on the table. Whether that time frame is 30 minutes or over an hour.the pad is super soft almost like a blanket and not overly fluffy to where it bothers you when you lie face down. The pad is thick and durable.My husband purchased this item, but for the value he paid it must of been worth it because he loves using it on me.

Purchased the item in June to use as a bed warmer. It worked fine until a week ago when the pad stopped heating up. The control remote is very short from the pad to the person using it (about 12 inches) and also feels very cheaply made. The buttons feel like they are trying to pop out and/or break every time they are pressed. Compared to many other buyers who have had their remote stop working, my remote is still working fine or at least it looks like it is working the same as when I've used it since June 2024. The pad itself looks undamaged, but it will not heat up. Very disappointed as the pad just stopped working from one day to the next with no warning.

I've only used this twice so far on my massage table.It heats up well, has enough settings for different intensities, is nice and cozy and fuzzy.I put more padding over it so the clients don't feel the coils.The on/off/heat adjuster plastic "box" seems a little cheaply made and chintzy so you have to be a little careful how you push the buttons so they don't get stuck on the IN position. Otherwise, so far, no complaints.

I love this pad! Bought it over a year ago and have nothing bad to say about it. I’m always cold and hubby is always hot, so use this under my sheets on my side of the bed especially on cold nights. I don’t feel any wires, it’s soft and Level 1 is already hot so that’s all I need. I can set it for the time I want, knowing I will be snug as a bug and it will shut off automatically. Very happy with this purchase.

Mixed feelings. When it turns on it works well on highest setting (6). Sometimes I have to play with it to get it to turn on. I expected better for the price. When I get it on it works well. My only complaint is that I have to play with power button a bit to power it. Takes a few mins to heat up. After that it's great

The product stopped working but the company was quick to refund us for the product. We will be purchasing again.

This heating pad is terrible. Lasted 5 months and was so hot on 1 that it was almost unusable. I would not recommend it.
