Lovely but fragile
I actually love this curtain. It was effective, I like the aesthetic and I like the fact that it was made from a renewable resource.However... The curtain went in the bin yesterday, because after 5 weeks of use it was falling apart. It couldn't withstand frequent use, and the woven nature of each of the rings meant that they were prone to coming unravelled and weak.If you want something at a seldom used door to allow the breeze in and keep the flies out, it will do the job well. If you are in and out of that door frequently during the day then it may not be the curtain for you.

Difficult to hang.
As a door curtain it's fine. However, there is no obvious way to hang it. The curtain comes with a brown strip of material at the top, which holds all the strips of rings. There is no prepared system for hanging such as holes for hooks or a rod to slide into the top etc. I am lucky that I have some transferable skills and tools so that I could install three eyelets to hang on three small screws to hold the curtain in place or to remove it for the winter etc. Given the price, I find this unimpressive.Four stars because I like it and it works, no stars for the lack of fixing system.

Good fly-keeper-outer
Sturdy enough to withstand a breeze and dogs passing through without flying all over the place and knotting together. Easy to cut to the right length. Wide enough to cover my patio door. Should last a good couple of years. Note: does not come with any fixings.

Colour
The colour is brown/dark brown rather than beige as on the picture. The knots are not as frigile as I thought.
