Not that I’ve had to use it. This is amazing. I believe every pet owners should have one.

It arrived dented ( which I cant seem to pop into place) and has a bad odour. All items were included as stated.

Clean and good quality product BUT when I opened it, one of the tools was imbedded into the ice pack and had ripped it open. The contents of the ice pack were all over the inside of the first aid kit. Dissapointed which is unfortunate because it looks like a really nice kit!Maybe inside packaging can be altered to prevent this in the future :)

Very impressed with this very well packed kit! So many items included, including lots of sterile wipes, bandages & wraps, extra leash, and even a tick removal tool & tweezers. The case keeps everything well contained. Everything was in good condition. I am not a pet professional of any sort, but have owned my fair share of cats and dogs. This is something I never had for my pets. Our present pet is often out and about. There have been a few dogs in the neighborhood that have been bitten by other dogs. I thought this kit would be a nice thing to have for mishaps that could happen. This is a basic kit.The case is a sturdy small case. Open it up and on both sides there are two netted zippered compartments. I can add more things to the kit if I would like.I compare this to a simple first aid kid for people. It comes with a nice assortment of items- bandages, Iodine prep pads, cleansing wipes. tweezers, scissors, poo bags and more. It comes with a simple first aid pamphlet on how to deal with basic issues. One of the things about the first aid pamphlet is that there are misspellings. This makes me not trust the handbook too much. I would probably research online to make sure the advice given is good. Never hurts to have another opinion.4 stars because it is a nice but basic kit for what they are charging.
