Q: I bought this item. it says made in usa but tracking the shipping says it is coming from china. who is lying?

it is coming from China so it could have been produced in the USA and was warehouse in china ?

Q: Is there Velcro on the back of this patch?

Yes there is. I have placed it on my hat and on my patch collector book.

Q: what is the tan fabric material ? it looks like it will tear soon.

I really don't know what the Fabric is seems like a heavy duty cotton like most patches are the sewing is as good or better than I have ever seen. I see no way of tearing the patch unless you are in some type of odd situation . I'm very impressed with it and proud to wear it. I wear it to range every day been through a few obstacle courses seems to be holding up very well.
