Good quality
Just what we needed, good quality item. We recently refurbished our kitchen cupboards. All the hinges were getting rusty and the springs were no longer effective. These were 'near as dam it' the closest replacement. I re-used the old screws to fit the short piece back on the cupboard because the ones supplied weren't suitable. Apart from this, they were perfect. Great job.

They work.
The two on my kitchen cabinet door weren't working very well, and it took a while to find the exact type. But I did, and now the door closes properly. There are quite a variety with slight changes, so a check on type is advisable.

Appears to do the job
These were purchased to make a repair following the failure of the previous door mechanism on one of the floor units in the kitchen.They were supplied with 8 screws suitable for screwing into solid wooden frames. However, like many kitchen units, the frames already had pre-tapped holes that took a specific type of screw that wasn’t supplied. I managed to get around this by using dowels and using the provided screws to fix into these. As a result, I’ve taken off one star.

Closest to original - almost
Bought these to replace original hinges that had lost their springiness. Looked identical but, in fact, needed slightly adapting the carcass bracket to take bolts.

Perfect for a quick repair job
The hinge on one of my kitchen cupboards broke so I bought these to do a DIY job myself. The screw holes were slightly off compared to my original hinge but I could easily screw the new hinge in without making any hole marking.Despite other reviews these are not soft close hinges but for the price who cares - perfect for me and exactly what I needed.
