Each clear, transparent veggie capsule of this product contains a very light yellowish/brownish-white powder inside of it. Instead of the strong, acidic, coffee taste of the contents of other brands of green coffee bean extract products, this product has a mild, starchy taste which somewhat resembles the taste of potato starch powder and doesn't resemble the taste of coffee.I will not be buying this product again. My best guess is that this product contains defatted soy flour, rice bran flour, oat bran flour, corn bran flour, soy germ flour, or some unknown mixture of 2 or 3 fine-powdered whole grain flours. Judging from what it tastes like, this product might contain 1% or 5% or 10% of genuine green coffee bean extract. Let's do a scientific experiment:Background: This experiment will work best where the average relative humidity is high. In the U.S., the average relative humidity is high in the coastal areas of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, southeastern Texas, Washington state, Oregon, and everywhere in the state of Hawaii. Genuine GCA green coffee bean extract and genuine Svetol green coffee bean extract will clump together and turn much darker in color inside their capsules after only a few hours of exposure to a moderately high relative humidity of 50% or higher. [If these very tiny, white spheres were made of caffeine, then we would also see them forming on instant coffee after several hours - but we don't. Therefore, I don't think that these very tiny, white spheres are the caffeine].After 6 hours, the contents of the capsules of genuine Svetol green coffee bean extract also developed a few of these very tiny, white spheres but not nearly as many as the contents of the capsules of the genuine GCA green coffee bean extract.However, the contents of the capsules of this product remained essentially unchanged in color after 6 hours. [A slight change in color did seem to occur because the outer areas of the powder became slightly wet from the humid air. However, when I crushed the slightly hardened, slightly wet mound of powder with my finger, the color reverted back to its original, dry-powder color, a very light yellowish white.Conclusion: This product, the Green Coffee Bean Extract with GCA marketed by Genetic Solutions LLC of Chandler, Arizona, contains little or no genuine GCA green coffee bean extract. Somebody needs to accurately measure the amount of chlorogenic acids in each capsule.

Green coffee beans could be a great product for some, but they didn't seem to work for my body type. My weight isn't out of control. I was really interested in reducing my % body fat to below 10 (currently it's around 15%). It could be a function of the number of times I eat daily - 5 small meals as opposed to the traditional 3.

Only been on them for a week but I'm hoping it works. So far I get headaches and feel really sleepy which should be the opposite of what I should feel. Let's just wait and see what happens.

I was able to tolerate this product pretty well. Sometimes it upset my stomach. I have used it for 1 mnth , with no wt loss ,, but certainly have felt more energy.

My husband swore by this product, but I don't think we'll order it again. But is was received just as it was stated.

I purchased these green coffee supplements because they were said to help aid in weight loss. Well even on a diet I didn't notice any difference between taking them or not taking them. I would not purchase another bottle.
