bought as abirthday gift for my granddaughter at end of June 2024, she loved it . unfourtunately when hurrican helen hit southern Georgia the charger to her car was damaged and can no longer charge her car, i have trried to contact the company and amazon about replacement part, all my granddaughter wants to do is dive her new car. PLEASE HELP

I brought this as a gift super nice but little too small. My nephew still loved it!

We got this October 19, 2024 our driveway is up a little hill then flattens out and is level the first day it went up our hill slow but it would still go with her controlling it the second day it was like it got faster it went up it quicker with her controlling it now she rode it and it slowed back down to the first day but would go quick if I controlled the speed with the remote now she hadn’t rode it in 3 days but today I made sure it was fully charged we go out to ride and it barely goes on level ground or up there hill unless I control it with the remote then it goes quicker but it says 3-8 years old she’s 5 it says up 88lbs she’s 48 definitely want last til she’s 8 or 40 lbs it want go at all and the lights are not bright at all now I thought it had 2 speeds forward if she was controlling it and then reverse no it has only one speed forward for them controlling it and 3 on the remote I shouldn’t have to tho use the gas from the remote for her to on flat land or up a hill really I’m not sure what happens why ists so slow but barley moves now like I said on flat ground or up hill and this was on asphalt goes if I use the remote the same speed as day one but it’s just a little over a week old and I have to hit the gas the whole time for her to ride it because if she hits the gas it barley moves it shouldn’t be like that so if your driveway or riding area has a incline at all you will have to control it even on flat ground after a week on day 2 I would of given 5 stars that’s why I waited to see if anything happens now it’s one star Update had sense October 19, 2024 and now if I’m controlling it and turn left it want stay turned left unless I keep tapping the left button if I don’t keep tapping left it will instantly turn back straight or right which caused my daughter to run into our fence that kinda scared her and she was still hitting the gas which caused her to climb the fence and it flipped backwards with her in it it’s a flip hazard be careful if your using the remote and backing up and hit the forward button to quick the front wheels will raise no flip warning so be careful she was buckled and luckily she was ok just scared

Both of my daughters and niece love this truck they ride it every day. It was easy to assemble. Look exactly like it does online. The fuctionality of the truck is great going over grass, dirt, sand, rocks, etc. The remote control is really simple to use.
