The bag feels sturdy and I love the design. The only issue is that if you're small like me (4'11) it will look really funny. I ended up buying a different bag from the same company for the cute designs, but this has the best functionality.

I'm very happy with this bag. It's large and fits so much. I'm able to lug my laptop, paperwork, planner, pencil pouch, water bottle, travel coffee mug, keys, and other little knick-knacks that I carry around. I was skeptical at how well it would work as a work bag, but I'm so pleased with it. On top of all of that, it looks really professional and clean. So far no issues with durability or wear & tear.
