Good Product
It feels a bit flimsy but it works really well and is easy to use. I was able to remove and replace a link in literally 2 minutes.

Great value kit
Great little kit. It let me try out different combinations of links until the watch strap was perfect. No trips back and forth to the jewellers. Perfect.

Handy tools but broke after first use
Good mix of spare parts for watch straps, which is really handy to have, but the device to remove the pins snapped on the first use so it’s now no use to me at all

Simple but effective.
After doing research and looking at many watch link tool kits i chose this one, i was a unsure of plastic but I realised that a metal one could potentially scratch my Tissot which I really wanted to avoid as it's my first Swiss watch. I needn't have worried, the kit is easy to use and pushes pins out with ease. The mini hammer is also great and putting the bracelet back together was a breeze, all in all 10 minutes with no issues and a nice unmarked watch that actually fits...couldn't ask for more, especially at this price point.

Cheaper to buy this than to get one watch strap shortened at a jeweller
The price of this kit suggests that you could use it only *once* and save money in comparison with getting watch strap links removed at a jewellers. Some high street jewellers will remove links from watch straps free of charge if you actually bought your watch from them. But otherwise, you can pay ten pounds or more for what is essentially no more than a five minute job. And some places charge extra for more expensive or luxury watch brands, even when the link mechanism is the same as for a cheaper model.I used this kit to remove links from my TAG Heuer watch and from a family member’s ladies watch which had a much narrower strap. It managed both of these tasks quickly and easily.Once you’ve worked out how many links to remove (to keep the strap even you might need to remove links from either side of the watch face), it’s a straightforward task to put the strap into the “watch link removal tool”.You can then use that tool to push the relevant pins out of the watch strap, remove the links as required then reassemble using the same pins which you can tap in with the small hammer provided. The video in the listing gives a pretty good indication of how all of this works but there are other useful videos on YouTube if needed. Be sure to keep the removed links somewhere safe (perhaps with the removal tool) just in case you need to add some back in at some point!Just a slight word of warning. The removal tool is made of plastic so won’t take kindly to the handle being twisted too hard or the removal pin not being lined up properly with the pin in the watch strap. If you feel that you are having to apply too much pressure to force the watch strap pin out, you might want to back off a little and reposition the removal pin to ensure proper alignment. All in all, this is a very good value set which includes spare removal pins (in case you bent one when you ignored my warning above!) and extra watch strap pins in various sizes as well (in case anything gets lost or damaged when you’re removing the ones that came with the watch). It is decent quality for the price and whilst the removal tool would be more robust if made with metals or other stronger materials, this would obviously increase the price somewhat. So for this price, I feel that it’s hard to go wrong with this set; with care you can save yourself (a potentially significant amount of) money and time.
